All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, unused and with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange. Please note clearance items are non-refundable due to the nature of the sale. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns or refunds unless items are being returned due an error on behalf of haydensports.com.

with your name, email address, order number, and reason for your exchange or refund. We will email you a Returns Authorization Number (RA#) back to you. Please note you must have the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on your return package in order for haydensports.com to accept your return. All returns will be credited to your credit card account used on the original order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless haydensports.com made an error with the shipment.
Please note if an item is received damaged please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your order at: email@example.com
. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and ask that you return the damaged item. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the damaged item is received back at haydensports.com and inspected.
